Welcome to IHS Standards Expert

The new home for London Underground’s Standards e-Library

IHS, in conjunction with LUL, now provides you access to all the standards and related information you used to have via the previous Standards e-Library site - PLUS the additional ability for you to view the index of the most comprehensive Standards portfolio in the world – IHS Standards Expert.

The buttons on the left of this page provide access to:

IHS Standards Expert where you can view and access London Underground’s Standards e-Library. You also have access to view bibliographic details of the world’s most comprehensive database of government and commercial specifications and standards related publications.
For further information on obtaining a subscription or purchasing a hardcopy version, view Access to Other Standards.
If you are new to Standards Expert view I’m new to Standards Expert to gain access to a simple User Guide which will show you how to easily access the London Underground’s Standards e-Library information.

Requesting Initial Access to LUL Standards
To gain access to the LUL Standards via IHS Standards Expert, a Username and Password has to be obtained from IHS. This access has to be pre-authorised by the London Underground Standards Management Team. To be granted access, please complete the Request Access Form.
